Bookings

After placing a booking, we will process your payment and send a confirmation email.

If you do not receive a confirmation email from us please check your spam and deleted folder before contacting us via info@m2ntours.com.

Cancellations from our side

If we have to cancel the tour from our side, we will refund you the full payment amount.

Cancellations from your side

If you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advanced to your scheduled tour, we will refund you the full payment amount.

Cancellations within 24 hours prior to your scheduled tour are not eligible for refund.

Late & No-Show Conditions

If you don't attend the tour without cancelling your reservation at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive no refund.

Your guide is only reserved for the time period of your scheduled tour.

If you are running late, you are not eligible for a time extension after the scheduled time period.

If you booked a private tour, you can meet with your guide at your meeting spot and start the tour from there.

If you booked a group tour, you can join the tour upon arrival at the guide's current location.

In case of unforeseeable circumstances, such as natural disasters or disruption of transportations, please reach out to us via info@m2ntours.com and we will try to find the best possible solution together.
